At Kaybec, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. All orders are shipped via YunExpress and then transferred to a local courier for final delivery. We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders within Australia. Delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 days.
Processing and Cancellation
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected].
